the staff was attentive! the restaurants were delicious. my ocean room was pleasant and well appointed. thanks to the team.
the ac did not work effectively, despite multiple complaints and visits from the engineers. i eventually received a fan to use overnight. the weather during july was quite hot. there was an issue with the air conditioning.

The hotel looked great at first glance, though some things were off. I found the check-in process slow. I saw staff running around, yet not many helped customers. My road view was disappointing. I had requested a quiet room, yet I got noise from trucks all night, it made my relaxation hard.
